ServSafe® Training
Hospitality Recruiters offers ServSafe® training from The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe® Managers Book for food focus on the three key strategies of risk management, recruitment and employee retention. With proper training and education a heightened awareness of the importance of responsible food and alcohol service is brought to the forefront.


ServSafe Online Course including class, emailed Study Guide and the online exam is $195. Class can be taken at your convenience from any internet connection. The exam requires a Proctor be present and attendance at any of the scheduled classes below for the exam portion is necessary. Other accommodations can be made for the exam. Massachusetts Allergen and Choke Saver Training  is available via classroom training or on the internet. The cost for the Allergen training is $10 and certificate issued and received in approximately ten days.  Also available online at www.ServSafe.com.  
Choke Saver courses can be scheduled at our location or yours.  Email 
us for more information.  Choke Saver trained by McNeilly EMS Educators.


ServSafe Alcohol Certification including class and exam is available for $45. Class is available to come to you with a minimum of 10 attendees. Contact us via email for additional class information.

REFERENCE & PRACTICE EXAMS
ServSafe® Food Protection classes run approximately 6 hours. The exam immediately follows the class. All training materials incorporate the latest information from the most recent FDA Food Code. ServSafe Alcohol classes run approximately 2 hours with the exam immediately following the class.

ServSafe® Certification has been deemed valid, reliable and legally defensible, as well as transferable between jurisdictions.
